Returns and Refunds

The purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into with "Lo Sciuscià di Montelepre / Brick Leather" within 14 working days of delivery of the goods without any penalty and/or reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an e-mail to info@brickleather.it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, expressly stating that you wish to return the goods ordered.

Withdrawal may be exercised in the case of the purchase of several products only for some of them.
In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the user must provide at his own expense to return to "Lo Sciuscià di Montelepre / Brick Leather" of the goods purchased, sending it to the seller within 14 days of delivery of the order. The sending must be made to the address of "Lo Sciuscià di Montelepre / Brick Leather" for all goods.
In order to be able to return goods, the purchased products must arrive at the above addresses in normal condition. The product must be returned with the original product packaging and product tag.

To proceed with the return of the product, you must follow the steps indicated in the return procedure, which can be accessed through the FAQ -> Returns section.

The packaging of the goods (which is the responsibility of the purchaser) must be carried out in the original box in order to prevent the goods from deteriorating at their destination. Only in the event that the original packaging is unusable shall an equivalent box in size and strength be used.

Return shipments made by other means than those indicated above, which are the only ones authorised, will not be accepted. It is not possible to return goods as a result of withdrawal at the recipient's expense.
Once the return has arrived at its destination "Lo Sciuscià di Montelepre / Brick Leather" will check the legitimacy of the return and, having verified the correctness of the operations, will send the user a confirmation email. The sums paid will be re-credited through the system with which the payment was made.

Can I return the customised product I purchased?

The Consumer-Customer acknowledges and expressly accepts that, in the event of the purchase of custom-made and/or customised Products, the right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1 letter c) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005 is excluded. Products sold by the Seller and on which any type of graphic sign has been impressed at the Customer's request are considered customised.
